How do I access my storage unit?

Once you complete the rental process you will receive an email with the combination code to the lock that is on your unit.

If you rent a climate controlled unit that is located on the interior of the building there will be a separate code in your email to access the interior of the building.

Do I need my own lock?

Yes, tenants are required to provide their own lock.

How do I pay for my unit?

Once you rent a unit you can choose to sign up for automatic payments using a credit card, make payments in our office, which is located at N81 W15111 Appleton Avenue, Menomonee Falls, WI or via mail.

What do I do with my lock once I vacate?

Place the combination lock on the outside of the unit.

Do I have 24/7 access to my storage unit?

Yes, all of our facilities allow 24/7 access to the units.

How many things can I fit into my storage unit?

What temperature is climate controlled storage kept at?

The climate controlled units temperature maintains anywhere from 40 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

What is the difference between climate-controlled storage, outdoor storage & standard storage?

Climate controlled storage units reduce humidity and decrease the effects of extreme weather conditions. Sensitive electronics and any items made of organic material (wood, paper, cotton, wool, furnishings, bedding, etc.) will likely deteriorate in a unit that is not climate controlled. Outdoor storage is an open area with no protection from the elements; this storage space is best meant for cars, boats, and recreational vehicles.

Can I use a storage unit as a work space?

No. The units are meant for storage purposes only.

How tall are the doors to your storage units?

The standard size is 8 ft. tall, however, some locations feature taller units to store large items like boats, campers, etc.
